After the termination of the purchasing process, data stored by us are deleted. In the event of a termination of the contract, any data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored for a retention period of seven years, as required by tax law.
The data are processed on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96, Para. 3 of the Telecommunications Act, as well as Art. 6, Para. 1, lit a) of the Data Protection Act Regulation (Consent) and/or Art. 6, Para. 1, lit b) of the Data Protection Act Regulation (necessary for conclusion of the contract).

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files deposited on your end-device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any harm. Cookies enable us to design our product range to be as user-friendly as possible. Some cookies continue to be stored on your end-device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time we visit. If you do not want this to happen, you can set your browser in such a way that it informs you about the setting of cookies, so you can allow this in individual cases only. The functionality of your website may be restricted by the deactivation of cookies.

Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics of the provider Google LLC, head office 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. To do this, cookies are used which make it possible to analyse the use of the website by its users. Information produced in this way is transferred to the server of the provider, where it is stored. The data are therefore transferred to a non-European third country. The relationship to the provider is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
You can prevent this by setting your browser in such a way that cookies are not stored.
We have concluded a relevant agreement on order data processing with the provider.
The data are processed based on the legal provisions of § 96, Para. 3 of the Telecommunications Act and of Art. 6, Para. 1, lit a) of the Data Protection Act Regulation (Consent) and/or Art 6, Para. 1, lit f) of the Data Protection Act Regulation (Justified Interest).
Within the meaning of the Data Protection Act Regulation (Justified Interest), we are concerned to improve our product range and web presence. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, the IP address is collected, but anonymised immediately.
User data are stored for a period of …. years [VP2].

Integration of Services and Content of Third Parties

At times, content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, may be incorporated within the framework of this online offer. This always assumes the providers of this content (referred to in the subsequent text as “third-party providers”) use the IP address of the users. This is because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary in order for this content to be displayed. We strive only ever to use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver content. In the event that the third-party providers store the IP address, however, for statistical purposes, for example, we have no influence over this. Where we are aware of this, we shall explain it to the users.

Your Rights

In principle, you have a right to be informed of your data, as well as to the correction, deletion, restriction, admissibility, recall and contradiction of your data.
