The emperor’s greatest passion

A green booklet with a repeating red and white antelope skull pattern and a blue label reading “A.E. Köchert,” once held by an emperor whose greatest passion was collecting rare artifacts, rests on a wooden surface.

Give me new Grandln

Don’t grouch around – give me new Grandln! opined Madame M. She did want to accompany her spouse to the rut of the stags, after all, an excellent place to show off a few stylish trophies on the arm and neck…

All of us here at Imperial and Royal Court Jewellers A.E.KÖCHERT have been perfectly conversant with hunting for as long as we can remember – the Kaiser himself loved the thrill of the chase with a passion. As a result, we were able to create a vast array of elegant hunting jewellery for him and his hunting party, using a mix of Grandl – the rare eye teeth of deer or stags – gold and precious stones. Our mission today? To interpret this proud tradition in a new and modern way.

We will be pleased to advise you in person about something you would find truly special when out hunting, and to create unique hunting insignia in accordance with your wishes.

Waidmannsheil!

A curved strand of small, cream-colored cowrie shells alternated with dark, textured beads evokes the greatest passion for detail, threaded on a thin cord against a white background.
