Jewellery for the daughter-in-law

A man and woman in white clothing stand outdoors before green palm leaves. The man looks down, holding a dark gift; the woman, possibly his daughter-in-law, smiles in a white floral dress with jewellery and flowers in her hair.

Jewellery for daughter-in-law

Beatrice wore pink-coloured Köchert drop earrings made of morganite with brilliants – a gift from her mother-in-law, Caroline, Princess of Hanover – to the civil marriage. The Princess had a private selection brought to her, so she could choose something special for her new daughter-in-law. Köchert jewellery has real meaning for Caroline: her husband, Ernst August, Prince of Hanover, has often given her jewels from Köchert as gifts.
